1. Full Preparation before installation. Before installing, the relevant staff must make the tools needed ready for use in advance, and count all the spare parts carefully, then clear the paint and labels on the spare parts, or the dust left in the process of transportation.

2. Requirements during the installation. When installing, paint the fixed contact surface with dry oil, and the rotatable surface with thin oil. The impact crusher must be installed on a solid concrete foundation. As for the depth of the foundation, the users can decide according to the local geological conditions. Make sure that the main body should be perpendicular to the ground. In order to avoid the broken ores accumulating together, there must be enough space under the foundation bottom to install transportation equipment. Besides, the upper base must be covered with guard board to protect the foundation from damage.

3. After the installation is finished, carefully check each spiral, fastener and screw to see if there is any of these little parts loose. Next, charge with electricity and conduct the un-load car test to confirm the impact crusher can run normally.
