Introduction & Principle

The compressed wood pallet production line is a complete set of pallet forming equipment, independently designed and developed by our company. It is mainly used to produce molded pallets of various specifications and patterns. It is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, reusable, and has advanced output. The compressed wood pallet machine is the core equipment of the forming pallet production line. It adopts three-way synchronous positioning and high-temperature hydraulic pressing. It can be pressurized into place within 35 seconds. The raw materials obtained by mixing glue are molded by high temperature and high pressure. Combined with molds of different sizes and patterns, different wood pallets can be produced.

Configuration

We adopt the 3 beam Four-Column Guide Device structure, which solved the problems of guide instability and the deformation of the framework. The new design of crossbeam, which solved the problem of press inaccuracy of the upper and lower mold.With Pallet Machinery’s new technology, problems of the edge burrs have been completely solved.
