MSW/RDF Drying Briquetting Plant is disigned according to market demand, suitable for various biomass material to make pellets, briquettes, block, etc.
-Raw material type:
Suitable for MSW,RDF,plastic waste, paper and cardboard, textiles, rubber, leather, wood chips, biomass mixed waste, and some industrial solid waste.
-Applicable:
Make biomass waste into fuels briquettes for power plant.
The MSW/RDF Drying Briquetting Plant included a feeding conveyor, dryers, briquettes, and discharging machine, and the operation of distribution cabinets.
Municipal solid waste (MSW) and waste-derived fuel (RDF), among other materials, are fed into a cutter or grinder for fiberization. The fibers are less than 50 mm in length and have a moisture content between 12% and 25%. A feed conveyor delivers the material into the inlet. The material is then extruded into blocks through a horizontal orifice by the rotating spindle, driven by the rotation of the rollers, and discharged from the outlet. The outlet can be square or circular.
MSW/RDF Drying Briquetting Plant using die roll extrusion principle, the agriculture residues biomass raw materials processed into solid molding fuel, this will realize to continuous and stable production of industrialization. Processing route uses one-time drying, secondary crushing, continuous feeding and adjust feeding mixed process combining, the particle shaping fuel rate of 98%, bulk density, and particle density are high.
