The Shengwuz dryer primarily utilizes the principle of heat exchange. Wet wood chips come into full contact with hot airflow through the dryer's structure, achieving evaporation and dehydration under high temperature. Under the action of the lifting plates in the inner layer, the wet wood chips undergo initial heat exchange and spirally move to the other end of the inner layer, entering the middle layer. Here, counter-current drying occurs. The material is continuously and repeatedly lifted in the middle layer, moving in a two-steps-forward-one-step-back pattern. In the middle layer, the material fully absorbs heat from both the inner and middle drums, achieving an ideal dry state. The material moves to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. Inside the outer drum, the material travels in a rectangular multi-loop pattern. Material that has reached the desired dryness level is quickly discharged from the drum under the action of hot air, while wet material that has not reached the desired dryness level cannot move quickly due to its own weight. The material undergoes thorough drying within these rectangular lifting plates, thus completing the drying process.
