In a word, the layer thickness has nothing to do with the changes of energy consumption and working efficiency.
Since the layer thickness of raw materials in feeding area exceeds the largest starting point of pressing area while material length does not change in pressing and forming areas, the excessive materials can not be brought into the deforming area. Along with the increase of feeding amount, balance between feeding work and discharging work is destroyed.
Feeding amount is larger than the discharging amount. Materials layer in feeding area will become more and more thick and make all space be filled up. As a result, the die holes are blocked and sawdust pellet mill can not work normally. During the actual production process, the working efficiency and energy consumption of
sawdust pellet mill can instantly change along with the thickness change of material layer in feeding area.
As long as the layer thickness of raw materials in feeding area do not exceed the largest starting point of pressing area, sawdust pellet mill can always work well. Therefore, during the working process of sawdust pellet mill, you should make the press roller and ring die run at an even speed. If feeding amount is definite, the working condition of sawdust pellet mill will go well. The fluctuation of working current will be small.
