1. Wet interaction roller strong magnetic separator

This machine is mainly composed of ore feeding box, separating roller, electromagnet core and machine rack. 2. Jones type wet strong magnetic separator

The modern Jones wet type strong magnetic separator has the feature of adopting multilayer toothed plate magnetic medium and that separation turntable constitutes magnetic circuit. This magnetic separator has the advantages such as high handling capacity, low energy consumption and high working reliability and is suitable for processing fine-particle weak magnetic materials.

3. Flat ring magnetic separator

Flat ring magnetic separator has several types: China-made SQC-6-2770 wet type strong magnetic separator, British H1W magnetic separator and German Sol magnetic separator. SQC-6-2770 strong magnetic separator is mainly composed of ore feeding device, separation turn ring, magnetic system, concentrate and middling washing device, ore receiving device and transmission device. The features of this machine include adopting ring type chain and closed magnetic circuit, low voltage and big current, water inner-cooling heat dissipation and using toothed plate as the separation medium.
