rying is the most crucial step in Wood Pallet Production Line. The quality of the drying directly determines the sturdiness, resistance to deformation and mold, and the overall yield rate of the finished product.

Dingli has been dedicated to wood pallet production lines for many years, optimizing its layered drying process to fundamentally solve the problems of uneven drying and high defect rates. The newly optimized process employs segmented drying, divided into three steps based on the thickness and moisture content of the wooden pallets: preheating and dehumidification, uniform drying, and constant temperature and humidity conditioning. First, low-temperature, gentle preheating slowly removes surface moisture from the wood, protecting it from cracking and warping. Next, uniform drying ensures even evaporation of internal moisture, guaranteeing consistent drying results across the entire batch. Finally, constant temperature and humidity conditioning stabilizes the wood's condition and reduces the risk of deformation. Simultaneously, upgraded circulating air ducts ensure even hot air flow and eliminate drying dead zones, maintaining the moisture content of the wooden pallets within the standard range.
Upgraded energy-saving structures and intelligent control systems enable energy-efficient, user-friendly, and automated stable production. Addressing the shortcomings of older equipment, such as rapid heat dissipation, high energy consumption, inaccurate manual adjustments, and lack of production data recording, we have implemented a comprehensive upgrade. The equipment features a thickened, sealed, and insulated structure to reduce heat loss; a waste heat recovery device is added to recover and reuse exhaust heat, effectively saving energy with an overall energy saving of over 20%. The equipment is equipped with a fully automated intelligent system that automatically adjusts temperature, air speed, and drying time, eliminating the need for repeated manual adjustments and achieving automatic feeding, drying, and start-up/stop. It also records output, energy consumption, and product qualification rate data in real time, providing a clear overview of production status. This optimized solution is suitable for large-scale continuous production, effectively saving labor, electricity, and maintenance costs, ensuring consistent quality for every batch of wooden pallets, and helping companies achieve intelligent, energy-efficient, and standardized production.
Our wood pallet drying production line solutions have been exported to many countries worldwide, with excellent project feedback. Multiple wooden pallet drying lines in Russia, Jordan (for scrap wood), and Vietnam have been successfully put into operation, demonstrating stable and efficient operation and earning consistent recognition and praise from customers around the world.
