In November 2018, our presswood pallet production line was successfully installed in Russia. The project included two sets of presswood pallet machines and related auxiliary equipment for producing 1200 × 800 mm presswood pallets.

To ensure smooth installation and operation, our sales manager and technical engineer traveled to Russia and provided on-site guidance. The installation was completed successfully within 10 days, from November 1 to November 11, 2018.

After installation, our team conducted machine testing and operator training. The training covered raw material moisture control, adhesive usage, machine temperature settings, and pressing pressure adjustment, helping the customer quickly master the production process.

The customer expressed great satisfaction with both the equipment performance and our technical support. The production line is now operating steadily and continuously, producing high-quality presswood pallets.
