Customer satisfaction:
Recently, a branch drying and carbonization plant in Shenzhen, which cooperated with Dingli, was officially put into operation. The plant processes branches and other raw materials into biochar through processes such as drying, carbonization, cooling and waste gas treatment. The branch raw materials are first crushed and dried, and the moisture is reduced to about 10%. Then they enter the carbonization furnace for high-temperature pyrolysis to generate biochar. Part of the gas generated in the process is used for circulating heating. After the biochar is carbonized, it is cooled, collected and packaged.
The branch drying and carbonization equipment of the plant is suitable for a variety of carbon-rich biomass materials. In addition to branches, it can also process bark, leaves, crop straw (such as straw, corn straw), fruit shells (such as rice husks, peanut shells), wood waste (such as wood chips, sawdust), bamboo chips, fruit cores and other organic waste (such as waste paper pulp, coffee grounds). These biomasses can be converted into biochar after treatment and are widely used in soil improvement, environmental protection and fuel.
